These are the factors that balance the brain. 

Weight Balance Program

The diagram shows that the Brain is in the center of the weight management strategy.

The way to manage the brain is through managing the Stress that is happening in our lives.

We do that through doing the *'check-ins' to determine our brain states and the using the *'tools' to raise us to a higher state.  The check-in is also a way to be mindful of ourselves, our stress, and our life experience as it is unfolding.

Exercise it a part of the brain management, as is social contact and food, which is comprised of the quality of food we eat and the amount we eat, which can be in moderation.
