Food and Addiction:Treating through Emotional Brain Training
This is a new area of interest for me that I am exploring. From doing self-EMDR and mindfulness techniques, I have come to belief that the level of stress we are at is what is driving our behavior and that our brain is changing levels of stress all the time. Sometimes the brain state changes are due to what is happening externally, sometimes it is due to internal changes in thought and feelings and sometimes it is just an automatic habitual brain response - for example, eating at night.
I invite you to watch the video and see what you think. As I learn more about this, I'll share more. It seems to me, EMDR and nondual wisdom combined with this Emotional Brain Training may be a perfect fit.
