Rooted in authenticity, my therapy style is relational, collaborative, and tailored to the individual. I specialize in working with stress, burnout, and trauma for all ages, especially for those in significant life transitions like pregnancy or parenting, moving, graduating, beginning or ending relationships, career changes, ect.. The foundation of my therapeutic work is centered around knowledge about interpersonal neurobiology, attachment science, systems work, childhood development, and integrating the body into treatment with somatic therapy. Through my efforts to support those with chronic stress and trauma to heal, I have learned several evidence-based therapies and somatic approaches to support my clients in whatever way is accessible to their nervous systems at the time of our work. I also offer supervision, training, and education for other mental health professionals in these areas.
