My goal, when working with clients, is to provide a nurturing environment in which clients feel heard, supported, and encouraged to discover ways they can embrace serenity in their lives. I have seen remarkable transformation occur in the lives of clients through the therapeutic process and know there is hope through this journey.
Having grown up in a family with parents who struggled with addictions and went through multiple divorces, I have personally experienced the power of healing that is possible by using the same tools I encourage my clients use.
