While the therapy approaches I use are based in research, your specific needs come first. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter plans or reliance on worksheets. I use a variety of approaches but primarily utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and mindfulness-based exercises.
