Mindfulness to Oneness:

a retreat for self-care and self-repair through yoga, sound, awareness & connection.

Purpose

This is a retreat for all helping professionals to experience connection and co-regulation with one another through yoga, awareness, self-inquiry, and much-needed self-care for self-repair.

You will also learn about non-duality and experience the exquisite “one-ness” of it all.

All levels of experience with yoga and meditation are welcome!

Learn yoga and breath practices to return to your window of tolerance, recharge, and connect on a deeper level with self, life, and others. Practice savoring the art of stillness, a requisite for going inwards to find the gold within.

Each day begins with morning yoga & meditation to set the tone for the day. Enjoy the outdoors, connecting with nature, reflecting, and journaling.

Before leaving, you’ll feel refreshed, renewed, and re-energized! Take home the knowledge and novel skill sets to create an enhanced connection with your Self, your purpose, and your clients.

You will have the experience to integrate these powerful practices into your daily life to create more balance and capacity for your purpose and passions.

Recharge Your Soul

Classes are led by your hosts and yoga teachers Tricia & Mark!

In between yoga & meditation, there will be opportunities for group and individual hikes, ample time in nature, and exploring the grounds and trails around Ghost Ranch’s spectacular surrounding mesas and national forests.

All have been influences in her teaching style developed over 12 years of daily practice of Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, & Hatha yogas.

Mark works with private and corporate clients in equine-assisted coaching and is also certified in NLP, Hypnosis & Reiki. All these different modalities allow Mark to guide people to find their own rhythm and to experience their lives without limitations.

Jordan Shafer, MS, LPC

Jordan is an EMDR Therapist, Trainer, and Consultant. Jordan has a deep interest in non-duality, as based in Advaita Vedanta – an ancient wisdom philosophy.

During the retreat, this philosophy is incorporated and will introduce looking at experiences from a very different, "non-dualistic" perspective. Jordan incorporates a non-dual inquiry as it "frees us from seeing our current experiences in the same old way and allows us to be more open, accepting, and gentle with ourselves and others."
