This is a chart to check your hunger-fullness throughout the day, that was made for me by  Jennifer.

There are many charts like this but I like this one because she uses words and feeling descriptions that make sense.

Check how your body is sensing hunger and fullness throughout the day, on a regular basis.

To start, you’ll mainly want to check how you’re feeling without needing to ‘do’ anything about it.  As you get used to checking your hunger-fullness state, you can start to do the eating that is required to stay within the preferred range.
