Overview & Requirements

Join us for a 3-hour live, interactive, online webinar designed for EMDR-trained clinicians seeking to integrate EMDR therapy into short-term treatment settings. This EMDRIA approved training explores research on brief EMDR interventions and their effectiveness with trauma, crisis, addiction, and complex cases. This training strives to equip clinicians and program leaders with practical tools to integrate EMDR therapy into short-term treatment settings

Participants will gain practical tools for applying EMDRโ€™s eight phases within time-limited contexts, including strategies for target sequencing, treatment planning, and program-level implementation. The training emphasizes team collaboration, aftercare planning, and community engagement to ensure continuity of care and sustainable integration.

Through case examples and a step-by-step transformation plan, clinicians will leave equipped to design strategic implementation plans that maximize clinical impact while maintaining fidelity to EMDR therapy. This webinar offers both clinical insight and actionable strategies to expand access to EMDR in diverse short-term treatment programs.

This workshop is intended for Licensed (fully licensed and associates) and Pre-Licensed (graduate student) Mental Health Professionals. This workshop is not limited to EMDR trained clinicians, so that non-EMDR trained therapists are welcome. However, this is not a supplemental to an EMDR therapy basic training and only EMDR trained therapists will qualify for EMDR continuing education credits.
