I help my patients by providing trauma-informed evidence based practice that is often eclectic in nature and specific to the individual needs. This incorporates a diverse approach including psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and enhancement therapy, EMDR, solution-focused, polyvagal and replacement therapy.

I graduated from Boston University with a Masters in Clinical Social Work.  I have extensive experience working with dually diagnosed clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.  In addition to being a licensed independent clinical social worker, I am a certified alcohol and drug counselor.
