What You’ll Learn

Mindfulness-based practices to apply in your daily life, in and out of work with your clients. Create a daily mindful meditation practice that works for you!

Yoga as a “work-in”, rather than a “work-out”. Beginners and novice yogi’s welcome!

Create a deeper connection to your authentic Self!

Deepen your understanding of the relationship between mindfulness, yoga, and awareness in stress reduction, recharging coregulation, and self-care.

Know the “how and why” that yoga & meditation builds resilience and prevents burnout.

Learn how to use the breath to quickly and efficiently alter states of the nervous system.

Experience the effects of our nervous system on our perceptions of people and the world around us.

Experience the power of sound and vibration as a way of achieving a deep meditative state that allows for insights, peacefulness, and restoration.

Deeper connections to nature, others, and your Self and your true purpose!

Nightly Sound Journey

Experience sound as a guide to deeper states of meditation throughout the retreat. Each evening Tricia & Mark will treat you with their 5 unique gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, flute, and chimes. It feels like a luxurious “bubble bath” for your nervous system. The gongs entrain the brain into the insightful and relaxing delta and theta brain waves. Wednesday evening we will have a cacao ceremony beforehand to supercharge our hearts, leading to expanded awareness and a renewed connection to our purpose.
