The following payment options are available:

  • You can pay with a credit card by completing the information below.
  • You can pay by Paypal by selecting that option below.
  • You can mail a check and your registration will be complete and your place in the workshop reserved once the check is received.  Full payment must be received within two weeks after registration or by May 1, 2023, which ever comes first.

Tuition:  The tuition rate is $895 until May 21, 2023  after which it is $995.00.

Meals:  $180 for meals for the week beginning  Sunday evening meal through breakfast, Friday morning.

Room Rate is $875 for room with two beds and a private bath.

Continuing Education Credits:  $50.00 when purchased through CE Classes.  Those are for people outside of Texas who may need them.

Cancellation/Refund Policy is as follows:

Tuition, Ride Share and Meals:  Refundable less $75.00 admin fee up to 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the workshop date.  13 days or less, no refund is given.

Room:  Room rate less 25% of full charge is refundable 32 days prior to workshop date.  31 days or less, no refund is given.

Registration

Because we’re within 30 days of the retreat, you will need to secure your room and meal plan directly with Ghost Ranch.  To do that call Pricilla Tafoya, to reserve your space and pay at 505-685-1019.   After you have your room, go ahead and register.  (There may also be rooms available at the Abiquiu Inn, which is 14 miles down the road.  In that case, you will need a car.)
Regarding the meal plan, you may want to get 15 meals:  Dinner, Sunday evening; M,T,W,Th, breakfast, lunch and dinner; and on Friday, breakfast and lunch.
