Life gets messy sometimes, and in the middle of the mess it can be hard to find a way through it. I work collaboratively with you to identify what may be adding to your emotional distress. Together we take a good look at thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviors to see if we can find patterns, then create an action plan to reduce distress. I am trained in multiple scientifically backed modalities including EMDR and CPT. Everyone is unique with their own set of circumstances that are considered as we walk this journey together. In a world where everyone is talking, sometimes it’s nice to have someone really listen.

The ability to provide counseling utilizing digital technology has opened the doors for just about anyone to have access to solid mental health care, and I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy to meet every need.
I am a cancer survivor, which has taught me to value people over anything else, to accept others and myself just as we are, and to find a bit of beauty in each day. I’ve learned patience, pause, how to prioritize, and how to love and be loved unconditionally. And I’m a mom of both humans and dogs, so NOTHING scares me!
