Tricia is an EMDR Consultant and 200 RYT Yoga & Meditation Teacher. Tricia is a psychotherapist and group practice owner, with over 25 years of experience in trauma, anxiety, and codependency recovery.

In this episode, Tricia shares her insights on EMDR and how it has completely changed her practice and approach to therapy. She also discusses an upcoming retreat for helpers and healers coming this summer.

Tricia enjoys bringing sound journey, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation to workshops and retreats to help “the helpers” in the world have more capacity to do the healing work they love. Her teachers include Ram Dass, Shiva Rea, Ernie Stern, Judith Lasiter & R. Sharath Jois. All have been influences in her teaching style developed over 12 years of daily practice of Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, & Hatha yogas.
